How to use the bench (mouse, touch, or keyboard)
- Run it: use the buttons in the Lab bench panel (weigh, pour, tip the balloon, heat, cool, filter, dry, weigh). Play runs the bench clock; the ⏩ buttons skip ahead through slow steps like heating and drying.
- Zoom into the molecules: the slider, the − / + buttons, scroll, pinch, or Z / X. A lens opens over the liquid (or the powder); keep zooming to get closer.
- Slow motion and steps: ×0.1 slows every molecule event. Step stops after each reaction event: press → (or Next event) for the next one.
- Look closer: point at (or tap) anything on the bench or any molecule to see what it is. In a row of flasks, tap a flask to zoom into that one.
- Keys: Space play / pause · → next event · R reset · Z / X zoom · H help.
