Solutions bench

Solutions look identical. Their flame color and lines stay hidden until you test them. Select one, dip the loop in its beaker, then hold it in the flame.

Known metal solutions build your reference chart

Unknown solutions identify all four

You get two attempts per unknown. A flame can hide a second ion, so an unknown may hold one ion or two. Use the second menu only if you think it holds two.
